Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Assist at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success by providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Resolve delivery issues and communicate advantages over competitors.
• Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold customer service and safety standards.
• Use bilingual communication skills when required.
