Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience; law firm or legal services experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides operational, administrative and logistical support for the Firm’s pro bono practice.
  • Supports the Head Pro Bono Counsel and Senior Pro Bono Manager in highlighting pro bono opportunities.
  • Coordinates and provides administrative support to pro bono initiatives and projects.
  • Assists with development of new pro bono programming and initiatives.
  • Maintains the Firm’s pro bono database and tracks all pro bono matters.
  • Oversees posting and distribution of pro bono opportunities and opens/closes matters in firm systems.
  • Supports year-end reporting and maintains program data metrics.
