  • Maintain matter records and track case activity, program metrics, and outcomes through the firm's case management systems.
  • Monitor immigration law, policy, agency practice, and litigation developments and communicate relevant updates to volunteers.
  • Maintain immigration pro bono resources and promote consistent, high-quality representation.
  • Manage relationships with legal aid, nonprofit, bar, and community partners, including coordinating case placement, staffing, training, client-service needs, and collaborative initiatives.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of immigration law experience, including experience with humanitarian immigration matters.
  • Demonstrated experience handling immigration matters from intake through resolution.
  • Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client counseling skills.
  • Experience mentoring, supervising, or training attorneys or legal staff.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities simultaneously.
  • J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
  • Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Preferred Qualifications:
