Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, upsell products to increase transaction value, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory accuracy. The role requires flexible days, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Able to perform basic math for transactions and measurements.
• Willing to work days, evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including back stock and cycle counts; deliver inventory accuracy.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
