Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will also pick up returns, distribute sales flyers, and promote loyalty programs while building strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.

Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking, and using inventory systems. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores; drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock inventory as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
