Advance Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver for Bristol, VA, to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to professional customers. The role includes handling returns, promoting sales programs, and building ongoing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock as needed.
• Assist with inventory levels and cycle counts.
• Engage with walk-in customers to assess needs and provide parts recommendations.
