ETS Performance in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Director for a full-time, on-site role. After a 3-month training period at our Minnesota headquarters, you may lead the new ETS Pittsburgh facility.

The position offers a salary range from $42,000 to $150,000+ annually and a comprehensive benefits package. We work with top athletes across sports and provide growth within a private sector sports-performance environment.

Qualifications

• GA or Head Strength Coach seeking director role
• Experience with youth/high school/college/pro athletes
• Proven leadership and training systems

Responsibilities

• Train the pros and up-and-coming stars to perform at the highest level
• Lead ETS Pittsburgh facility after completing training period
• Guide and motivate athletes with a proven training philosophy
• Collaborate with partners and staff to grow the program
