Job summary

PT Solutions in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a PRN Wound Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and advance professional growth. This role collaborates with Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis to deliver rehabilitation therapy and serve a broad community.

You will provide acute care PT, implement evidence-based plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case management. Qualifications include CAPTE-approved PT program, current or pending state licensure, and BLS

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e.physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Hospital/Clinic Address: 2001 W 86th St. Indianapolis, IN

PRN Shift Requirements: 6 weekend day shifts per quarter, 1 holiday per year, which includes the holiday and the related weekend, a total of 3 shifts (alternates annually, major and minor holidays)

Weekday Pay Rate: $50/hr

Weekend Pay Rate: $60/hr

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
