Job summary

PT Solutions, in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent, is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist in Carmel and Fishers to expand access to transformative care and advance rehabilitation services.

As an Acute Care Physical Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based care, establish treatment plans, connect with patients and families, and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and nurses. Qualifications include CAPTE-approved program, current or pending state licensure, and BLS; compensation

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintainrelationships throughout the hospital (I.e.physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Hospital/Clinic Address:

• Ascension St Vincent Carmel: 13500 N Meridian Street., Carmel, IN
• Ascension St Vincent Fishers East: 13861 Olio Road, Fishers, IN

PRN Shift Requirements: 6 weekend day shifts per quarter, 1 holiday per year, which includes the holiday and the related weekend, a total of 3 shifts (alternates annually, major and minor holidays).

Compensation

Weekday Pay Rate: $50/hr

Weekend Pay Rate: $60/hr

(Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
