Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Indianapolis, IN invites a full-time Physical Therapist to join our acute care team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, set individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case management to optimize patient outcomes.

We offer mentoring, CE opportunities through MedBridge, and a path for professional growth within a supportive, expanding access care model.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (physicians, case management, nurses, etc.).

Compensation

Pay Range: $80,000 - $108,000

(Any posted pay range considers multiple factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
