WoundGen in Columbus and Gahanna, OH is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with an interest in wound care to join our clinical team on a PRN, part-time basis. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care delivered in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include wound assessments, care planning, documentation in the EMR within 24 hours, and patient/caregiver education to support healing and wellness.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state.
• Experience or interest in wound care; willingness to training.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound assessments and physical exams for acute/chronic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
• Document encounters and procedures in the EMR within 24 hours.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain efficient workflows.
• Stay current with CMS guidelines and regulations.
