Job summary
FirstHealth of the Carolinas in Pinehurst, NC seeks a PRN inpatient cardiologist for weekend coverage (Friday–Sunday) at Read Heart Center, its flagship cardiac campus. You will join a seasoned team and work with APPs in a centralized inpatient setting using Epic EMR.
The role focuses on weekend inpatient care, with competitive shift rates. Board-certified/eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and NC licensure, with ACLS required.
Qualifications
- Completion of ACGME- or AOA-approved residency and fellowship programs, and board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease required.
- Must have clean background and be licensed or eligible for unrestricted licensure in NC. Current DEA and ACLS certification also required.
