Kansas City Urology Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Urology Nurse for PRN perioperative coverage in Kansas City, MO. You will implement nursing plans during intra-operative care and ensure patient safety through case management and team collaboration.

Responsibilities include circulating and scrub duties, instrument setup, and seamless transitions between procedures, with emphasis on patient advocacy and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of operating room experience in OR settings.
• RN license required or compact licensure.
• BLESS BCLS certification required (online not acceptable).
• ACLS as required by facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee instrument and equipment setup for procedures.
• Coordinate the room as the circulator during cases.
• Facilitate transition between procedures.
• Utilize and update preference cards per case.
