Job summary

Bethany Home Association of Lindsborg in Lindsborg, KS is seeking a Universal Worker (PRN) to support dietary, housekeeping, and laundry duties in an assisted living community. You will help provide nutritious meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe environment with infection prevention practices.

This PRN role requires flexibility as hours vary based on facility needs, vacations, call-ins, and census. Supervision by the Administrator or Environmental Services Supervisor applies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in dietary services, housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and serving according to resident dietary needs and preferences.
• Clean resident apartments, common areas, offices and restrooms; maintain safe, welcoming environments.
• Wash, dry, fold and distribute resident personal laundry and facility linens.
• Float between departments based on daily operational needs; provide courteous, respectful service.
