Charlotte Radiology is seeking a PRN Ultrasound Tech to perform high-quality ultrasound examinations across locations in the Charlotte area. You will be responsible for patient care, accurate documentation, and coordination with radiologists.

Shifts include weekdays evenings until 9 pm and weekend days, with a maximum of 23 hours per week. Certifications in RVT, abdomen, and OB/GYN are required, along with an associate degree in Radiologic Technology.

Formación

• Ultrasound experience required.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must stay current with regulatory requirements for licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Examine orders and verify accuracy with the Radiologist before procedures.
• Operate Ultrasound equipment to obtain quality images per physician orders and safety protocols.
• Complete paperwork, orders, and authorization promptly; record patient history.
• Operate radiology computer system and assist with image distribution if needed.
• Monitor supplies and equipment; initiate repairs or orders as needed.
• Communicate with Radiologist on protocols and imaging needs.
