Job summary

Radiology Imaging Associates / Invision Sally Jobe in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (PRN). This role reports to the Regional Manager of Clinical Operations and is not benefits eligible.

You will independently perform ultrasound exams, provide clear explanations to patients, complete documentation, ensure safety and quality control, manage patient priority, and contribute to a fast-paced imaging team.

Qualifications

• RMDS certification required.
• Registered in RVT, OB/GYN, and Abdomen.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous sonographer experience required.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exemplary patient care & customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform Ultrasound exams on patients providing high quality images.
• Provide clear and detailed information regarding Ultrasound exams and care to patients.
• Complete appropriate documentation and obtain interpretation for each exam.
• Implement safety standards and perform quality control procedures on equipment.
• Manage patient priority and act as a first responder when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
