Job summary
The Ultrasound Technologist PRN at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN performs diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians, supporting patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
- RDMS certification required.
- RDMS-Abdomen Specialty within 1 year of start date.
- RVT certification within 1 year of start date.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of imaging procedures ordered by the physician.
- Ensure delivery of quality patient care in a diagnostic/therapeutic environment.
- Demonstrate ability to perform surgery and portable exams.
- Follow physician orders, document exams in Meditech, and verify images in PACS.
- Adhere to quality controls and HLD for equipment and accessories.
- Document patient history including lab values.
