Job summary

HG Analytics is seeking a PRN Medical Sonographer to perform ultrasound exams including carotid, thyroid, abdominal, and limited echocardiograms in the Houston area. The role requires 1 year of experience and a certified sonographer credential, with training provided for Echo.

Travel within central Texas may be required, and patient care quality is a priority. Responsibilities include image capture, accurate documentation, and maintaining sterile, well-equipped exam rooms.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in Sonography.

• Preferred: Registered Vascular Technician or Vascular Ultrasound Technician.
• Must be willing to train on Echo.
• Accountability.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform carotid, thyroid, aortic aneurysm and kidney ultrasound exams.
• Perform limited echocardiograms (training provided).
• Submit high-quality images and documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Ensure patient rooms are clean, sterilized, safe and organized with adequate supplies.
• Communicate with patients about the US screening process.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate precisely with management.
