Job summary

Heartland Imaging in Louisville, KY is seeking a Radiology Tech Assistant for PRN shifts. You’ll support our imaging team, help keep patients moving, assist technologists with patient care, and ensure exam rooms and supplies are ready.

This fast-paced outpatient setting values customer service and teamwork, with a flexible PRN schedule and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in imaging support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of phlebotomy and/or medical assistant experience.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Tech Assistant - PRN (as needed)

Position Summary

As a Radiology Tech Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our imaging team and creating a positive experience for every patient. You’ll help keep patients moving smoothly through their appointments, assist technologists with patient care and daily center needs, and help ensure rooms and supplies are ready for the day. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a collaborative team.

Job Details

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Louisville, KY on 7807 Shelbyville Rd.

Requirements

Experience

• One year as a trained Phlebotomist and/or Medical Assistant experience required.

Education

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

License/Certification Requirements

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
