Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC is partnering with Heartland Imaging to provide a PRN Radiology Tech Assistant role at the Louisville imaging center. The position emphasizes frontline patient support, coordinating with technologists, and keeping patient flow efficient throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of phlebotomy or medical assisting experience, a high school diploma, and BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Tech Assistant - PRN (as needed)

Position Summary:

As a Radiology Tech Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our imaging team and creating a positive experience for every patient. You’ll help keep patients moving smoothly through their appointments, assist technologists with patient care and daily center needs, and help ensure rooms and supplies are ready for the day. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a collaborative team.

Job Details:

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage
• Location: Outpatient Imaging Center in Louisville, KY on 7807 Shelbyville Rd.

Requirements

Experience:

• One year as a trained Phlebotomist and/or Medical Assistant experience required.

Education:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

License/Certification Requirements:

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
