Job summary

Addus HealthCare in Columbia seeks a licensed Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care, helping individuals stay independent in their own homes. You will perform routine visits to evaluate plans of care, ensure quality service, complete starts of care, deliver in-service trainings, and coordinate with case managers and the care team.

A flexible schedule with self scheduling and no weekends or holidays is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Complete initial Starts of Care.
• Present educational in-service trainings
