Qualifications

• Initial assessment procedures for admission to the program.
• Develops Master Treatment Plan with client input.
• Manages documentation including assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Maintains a Case Management system for client information.
• Conducts group and individual sessions to meet treatment goals.
