Qualifications

• Active LCDC or LCDC-I license required.
• Experience in substance use disorder, behavioral health, or related settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Commitment to client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducational programming.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions.
• Coordinate discharge planning and communication with families and providers.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
• Support clients through all phases of treatment and recovery.
