Job summary

The Village of St. Edward is seeking a PRN State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living in a skilled nursing facility.

The role supports a compassionate, Christ-centered community with low resident-to-staff ratios and a variety of employee appreciation programs. Qualified candidates hold Ohio STNA certification, have reliable transportation, and can pass a pre-employment physical.

Qualifications

• Ohio STNA certification required.
• High school education or equivalent.
• SNF experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pre-employment physical.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently and with assistance.
• Able to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles.
• Walks, stands, and sits intermittently throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents as delegated by the nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support infection control practices.
• Assist in activities to promote comfort and well being.
