Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Centralized PRN Pool serving four Baltimore hospitals. The role involves evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning across settings, with weekend coverage required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of clinical fellowship year (CFY).
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in MD, DC, and/or VA as required for location.
• ASHA CCC is preferred/required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning and discharge planning.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols; consult with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Complete timely documentation, billing, and progress notes.
• Assist in program planning, mentoring students, and staff orientation.
• Support continuous education and professional development.

Maryland / DC / VA licensure (as applicable)

ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
