Job summary

Luxe at Jupiter Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida to evaluate and treat residents under physician orders. The role includes developing functional goals, coordinating with physicians, and educating families.

The successful candidate will hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC or CFY eligibility and current state licensure, along with completing a Florida AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
• Current Florida licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents/patients referred by physicians and develop a treatment program with goals.
• Provide treatment as ordered by the attending physician and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate with physicians; observe and report on therapy responses and changes in condition.
• Instruct and supervise residents/patients and families/caregivers on therapy procedures.
