Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in a SNF setting. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

You will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care in a SNF setting and work closely with patients, families and the treatment team to communicate patient progress and outcomes.
