CommuniCare Rehab in Wellsburg, WV is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our In-House Rehab Team at Wellsburg Healthcare Center. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities.

The role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to treat at multiple locations within the CommuniCare network. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s/Master’s in SLP and a current or pending state license.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an Accredited Program.
• Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and screen patient charts and develop an individualized treatment plan.
• Plan, direct, or conduct rehabilitative treatment to improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive issues; administer and interpret speech tests.
