Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

In this role, you will administer standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress, while communicating effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech-Language Pathologist with SNF experience.
• Experience with standardized assessments and swallowing evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients, following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.
• Provide patient care in a SNF setting and communicate with patients, families and the treatment team.
• Administer standardized speech/language assessments and swallowing evaluations; monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
