Job summary

Regency Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Wilmington, DE seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join the rehabilitation team on a per diem basis. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• CCC-ASHA certification required.
• Licensure/credentialing in Delaware required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized plans of care using standardized tests and measures.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs as part of comprehensive care.
• Supervise CFY provisional licensees, students, and support personnel as required by licensure.
• Provide quality care to residents and perform duties as assigned.
