Job summary

ClearSky Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive and related disorders in a hospital setting. PRN Day shifts with patient-focused care and integration of company values into daily practice.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, discharge planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe, effective care. A fulfilling role in a supportive environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or CFY status or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Life Support/CPR card required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and apply Speech Language Pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Assess educational and cultural needs of patient and family to tailor care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team on patient needs and progress.
