Ascension Health in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered care in Rehabilitation across St. Francis and Franklin Hospitals.

This PRN role includes weekend rotation and supports transitions and education for patients and families. You will evaluate and design personalized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing needs using evidence-based techniques, maintain precise documentation, and collaborate on performance improvement to deliver

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date (AHA or ARC accepted).
• Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from ASHA within 12 months of hire date (provisional allowed).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or Doctorate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and design personalized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing needs.
• Use advanced clinical techniques and evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient.
• Educate patients and families to empower understanding of treatment and recovery.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions and connection to community resources.
