ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis. The role focuses on assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders, with collaboration across the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, current SLP license with ASHA, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Experience in acute or rehab setting preferred.
• Current SLP license and ASHA certification required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develops and implements treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provides education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Documents evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
