Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Current state Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• CCC(s) from ASHA or CFY status is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of patients and development of individualized treatment plans including ongoing assessment and discharge planning
• Collaborate with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team to support care goals and optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation while promoting a safe, compliant care environment aligned with safety and infection prevention standards
