Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Michigan is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, CPR, and at least one year of experience. Benefits include CE hours, PTO, health coverage, and 401(k). This is a PRN, on-site position in Saginaw, MI.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification in accordance with state regulations.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication in professional interactions.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; moving/transferring up to 100 pounds with safety procedures.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate home and community safety recommendations, and provide resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient and family members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure collaboration and optimize patient outcomes.
