Qualifications

• Virginia state license with the Board of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Therapy required.
• Basic Life Support certification within 7 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements a plan of care involving the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Attends and participates in patient care coordination meetings, team and family conferences.
• Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
