Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site clinical services in the West Hills area as a PRN role. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders for home health patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers a stable clinical environment with opportunities to advance skills in patient-centered care, documentation, and therapy planning. A valid SLP license and ASHA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CA A-accredited program.
• CCC-SLP eligibility or ASHA certification completed or in process.
• Current SLP licensure in the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health SLP services to patients in West Hills and nearby areas.
• Assess and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and monitor care plans.
