Qualifications

• SLP license is required.
• Open to new grads and clinicians at all experience levels.
• Experience in rehab settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary therapy.
• Assist with standing/walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers; generate discharge summaries.
