Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN, daytime position based at Saybrook Landing in Ashtabula, Ohio. You will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with the care team to support individual patient needs.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and CCC-SLP; at least 1 year of experience is preferred. On-site collaboration and flexible PRN scheduling are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Current, unencumbered state SLP License; ASHA CCC-SLP required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety
