Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PRN, on-site services at the Scenic Pointe location in Millersburg, Ohio. Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current, unencumbered state SLP license; CCC-SLP required.
• 1 year of experience as an SLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on communication strategies and swallowing safety.
