Job summary

INNOVATE REHAB AND WELLNESS in Sarcoxie, MO is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. You will help patients improve their speech, language, and quality of life in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active and valid Speech‑Language Pathology license in Missouri.
• CCC certification (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy for patients with articulation, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing difficulties.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance communication and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in speech‑language pathology.
