Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat clients across ages, focusing on communication, swallowing, and quality of life.

You will design personalized therapy plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and educate families. Requires Master's in SLP, state licensure or eligibility, CCC-SLP preferred, and strong clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique goals.
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties.
• Use evidence-based methods and cutting-edge techniques to boost patient progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Track patient progress, document sessions, and maintain detailed records.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success.
