Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative and therapeutic interventions for physical functioning disorders and wound care.
• Assist with discharge planning and documentation of services.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including exercises and modalities.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
