• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work with diverse patients across ages and conditions

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique goals
• Deliver therapy for communication disorders, fluency challenges, voice issues, and swallowing difficulties
• Use evidence-based methods and cutting-edge techniques to boost patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care
• Track patient progress, document sessions, and maintain detailed records
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies for everyday success
