Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This role focuses on improving residents’ communication, cognition, and swallowing function in a post-acute and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing interventions across speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia.

Qualifications

• Current Florida SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care is preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
