Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an initial evaluation.

You will provide patient care in a SNF setting, demonstrating the knowledge and skills needed to support clinically appropriate outcomes. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication with patients and families is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech-Language Pathologist with licensure.
• Experience with standard speech-language assessments and swallowing evaluations.
• Ability to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
