Job summary

Ben Hur Health & Rehab/Hickory Creek at Crawfordsville is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled services to residents across ASC therapy settings in compliance with state regulations. You will evaluate patients, create and adjust treatment plans, and contribute to discharge planning to support optimal resident outcomes.

You will collaborate with licensed therapists and therapy leaders, help manage caseloads, and maintain positive relationships with residents and center

The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and within the policies and procedures.
