Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluation.

The role requires strong communication with patients, families, and the treatment team, plus experience administering standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills to provide patient care in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication with patients, families and treatment team.
• Experience with standardized speech/language assessments, swallowing evaluations, treatment planning and progress monitoring.

In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
