Job summary

Parkland Community Health Plan in Parkland, WA seeks a Part-time Sonographer to operate ultrasound equipment and deliver quality diagnostic scans in a high-volume setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited sonography program, ARDMS/ARRT(S) credentials, and CPR. Prior ultrasound or mammography experience is preferred. You will document findings and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout exams.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited sonography program.
• Experience in ultrasound or mammography preferred (1 year).
• Current ARDMS or ARRT(S) credential required for general ultrasound or OB/Gyn subspecialty.
• Must hold a current Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certificate or obtain during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate ultrasound equipment to perform routine to moderately complex scans.
• Ensure images meet quality standards and follow labeling/documentation protocols.
• Document exam data and notes in the electronic health record.
• Maintain equipment and room cleanliness and safety.
