Job summary

Piedmont Community Imaging, an outpatient imaging center in Marietta, GA, seeks a Sonographer for PRN shifts. You will perform ultrasound exams safely and efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and high-quality imaging throughout each visit.

Requirements include RVT, ARDMS or ARRT (S) registration, and OB/Abdominal/General certification. State licensure compliance is also required; join a growing team focused on compassionate care and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• Must be registered through ARDMS or ARRT (S).
• OB, Abdominal, or General certification required upon hire.
• RVT certification required upon hire.
• Must meet applicable state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams safely and efficiently while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.

Sonographer - PRN (as needed)

Brand new outpatient imaging center | Join our growing Team!

Position Summary:

As a Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll use your experience and expertise to perform Ultrasound exams safely and efficiently, while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. This PRN opportunity is ideal if you’re an experienced technologist who enjoys flexibility and is comfortable working as needed in an outpatient imaging environment.

Job Details

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage. Our center is currently operating primarily during standard weekday hours, with plans to expand operating hours to include weekday evenings and weekends as volume grows.
• Location: Brand new outpatient imaging center in Marietta, GA opened in Summer 2026.
• Requirements: RVT certification is required for this position.

Education
